! RISK INSTRUCTIONS & RISK WARNINGS !
The webinars, chart analysis, training videos, signal services, and buy-and-sell orders of the self-employed trainers on this website are not investment advice and not a recommendation for purchases or sales of financial instruments. All analysis and market techniques, including webinars and seminars from creators, instructors, and teachers on this website, are for informational purposes only. CFD instruments, commodities, futures, forex, options, stocks and other instruments are very complex speculative instruments and have a tremendous leverage effect. Due to this leverage, these instruments are associated with enormous speculative risk. You can lose your money very fast. Between 70 and 85% of retail accounts and traders lose their money in CFD trading. Please do not copy trades. Our trades are for informational purposes only. Trade your own trading ideas. We accept no liability for instructors, creators, teachers, or members.
You, as an investor or speculator, should understand and master CDF instruments before you trade with them, including futures, commodities, stocks, options, forex, and other instruments. With such financial instruments, you can lose your entire deposit to a provider (broker) of these instruments. Make sure that you have fully understood all the associated risks and seek advice from an independent source. Before you open a live account with a broker, it is better to open a demo account to gain sufficient experience. Then you can open a live account with a small amount at a broker. Further information can be found in the risk instructions and risk warnings, as well as the AGBS of the respective broker.
You hereby confirm that you are at least 14 years old. If you are under the age of 14, you must first obtain the consent of your parents/guardians before providing any personal data to our party. Providing personal information is not permitted without parental consent. If a minor user nevertheless sends us personal data, the use of this data will be stopped immediately after knowledge.
★ Our website uses HTTP cookies to store user-specific data. In the following we explain what cookies are and why they are used so that you can better understand the following data protection declaration.
★ Whenever you surf the Internet, you use a browser. Well-known browsers include Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge. Most websites store small text files in your browser. These files are called cookies.
★ One thing cannot be denied: Cookies are really useful little helpers. Almost all websites use cookies. More precisely, they are HTTP cookies, as there are other cookies for other areas of application. HTTP cookies are small files that are stored on your computer by our website. These cookie files are automatically stored in the cookie folder, which is basically the "brain" of your browser. A cookie consists of a name and a value. When defining a cookie, one or more attributes must also be specified.
★ Cookies store certain user data from you, such as language or personal page settings. When you visit our site again, your browser transmits the "user-related" information back to our site. Thanks to cookies, our website knows who you are and offers you the settings you are used to. In some browsers each cookie has its own file, in others such as Firefox all cookies are stored in a single file.
★ There are both first-party cookies and third-party cookies. First-party cookies are created directly by our site, third-party cookies are created by partner websites (e.g. Google Analytics). Each cookie must be evaluated individually, since each cookie stores different data. The expiry time of a cookie also varies from a few minutes to a few years. Cookies are not software programs and do not contain viruses, Trojans or other "pests". Cookies also cannot access information on your PC.
You decide for yourself how and whether you want to use cookies. Regardless of which service or website the cookies come from, you always have the option of deleting or deactivating cookies or only partially allowing them. For example, you can block third-party cookies but allow all other cookies.
If you want to find out which cookies have been stored in your browser, if you want to change or delete cookie settings, you can find this in your browser settings:
★ CHROME:
Enable, delete and manage cookies in Chrome
★ MICROSOFT EDGE:
Enable, delete and manage cookies in Micosoft Edge
★ SAFARI:
Managing websites and their data with the Safari browser
★ FIREFOX:
Delete cookies and their data in Firefox
If you generally do not want any cookies, you can set up your browser so that it always informs you when a cookie is to be set. You can decide for each individual cookie whether you allow the cookie or not. The procedure differs depending on the browser. It is best to search for the instructions in Google with the search term “Delete cookies Chrome” or “Deactivate cookies Chrome” in the case of a Chrome browser.
When you visit websites today, certain information is automatically created and stored, including on this website. If you visit our website as you are now, our web server (computer on which this website is stored) automatically saves data.

★ Browser and browser version.
★ The operating system used.
★ The address (URL) of the previously visited page (referrer URL).
★ The hostname and IP address of the device being accessed from.
★ The date and time.
This data is stored in so-called web server log files. As a rule, web server log files are stored for two weeks and then automatically deleted. We do not pass on this data, but cannot rule out that this data will be viewed in the event of illegal behavior.
Personal data that you transmit to us electronically on this website, such as name, e-mail address, address or other personal information when submitting a form or comments in the blog, will be stored by us together with the time and the IP Address used only for the purpose stated, kept safe and not passed on to third parties.

DATA ERASURE AND STORAGE DURATION*
The personal data of the person concerned will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Storage can also take place if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other regulations to which the person responsible is subject. The data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the standards mentioned expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion or fulfillment of a contract.
RIGHTS UNDER THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION
According to the provisions of the GDPR and the Austrian law, you are entitled to the following rights:
★ Right to Rectification
★ Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”)
★ Right to restriction of processing
★ Right to data portability
★ Right to object
★ Right to notification – Obligation to notify in connection with rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing
★ Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority, which is the data protection authority in Malta.
IMAGES AND THEIR PROCESSING
Photos and videos are generally processed for journalistic purposes. If consent is required, this will be given for both the processing and the publication of the images (as photos and/or videos), in accordance with the respective declaration of consent or event information.
If the images were processed on the basis of consent, this consent can be revoked at any time in writing, unless the person responsible cannot implement the revocation with appropriate measures (e.g. the image is on a brochure, in a commercial, was taken by a third party shared), or there are other legal reasons preventing the implementation. If appropriate, the person responsible can make the person concerned unrecognizable instead of deleting the image.
The photos or videos can be published on the website of the person responsible, in social media (in particular Facebook and Twitter) as well as in print products. The person responsible points out that published images, especially online, are distributed worldwide and assigned to the person concerned and may be analyzed by third parties (e.g. facial recognition) and their complete deletion from the Internet cannot be guaranteed.

This is data that you provide into text areas for us, like your name, benefits, and payment details. INSTRUCTORS CREATORS & TEACHERS
A creator, educator, or teacher is a person who sets up a Trading Revolution page and interacts with customers who buy offerings or memberships to support the creator's work. You have to make a page explaining what you are making and any advantages you are providing in order to be considered a creator. You must register for an account with one of our payment partners, such as PayPal, Stripe, or another, in order to get payouts.
Should you decide to get rewards through a payment partner—like PayPal—that requests that you give them personal information, including your name and email address, that payment partner might share that information with Trading Revolution. In order to process payouts, you might additionally need to provide information about your bank account. For tax considerations, you also need to give us extra information. The following may need to be provided to Trading Revolution, depending on your area and the kind of projects you make:
★ Your email address and phone number
★ Your username and password
★ Your business name and your address
★ Your first name and last name (surname)
★ Your country and residence of living
★ Your date of birth
★ Yor company registration number, tax number and your VAT namber
★ Your bank information
★ A copy of your ID card or a copy of your passport
★ A identification that you are 18+
Anyone who subscribes to Trading Revolution and/or purchases anything from the platform is considered a member (customer), and they may receive exclusive offers from their favorite entrepreneurs. You must give our payment partners your payment details as a member (consumer). The PayPal, Stripe, and Checkout websites provide their privacy policies for your perusal. Your credit card's expiration date and postal code are stored by Trading Revolution, but your complete payment card number is not stored there.
Rather, Trading Revolution creates a token, which it then keeps, representing the primary account number on your card through a service provider. If you decide to pay using a payment partner, like PayPal, that requests that you give them personal information, such as your name and email address, then Trading Revolution may receive that information from that payment partner.
We gather and handle data regarding the creators you follow, support, and/or subscribe to, the memberships and other products you buy, and the advantages you gain. If you, as a customer, choose a membership or offering that comes with a tangible advantage, you will be prompted to voluntarily supply your shipping details, including your phone number. Your IP address, payment card, and/or country of self-disclosure may also be used by us to determine your location.
OTHER INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT FROM MEMBERS (CUSTOMERS) AND CREATORS (INSTRUCTORS & TECHERS)
STUDIES AND SURVEYS OF USER RESEARCH
We explore potential donors and creators, both past and present. Occasionally, we might ask you to take part in a research study of this kind. If you agree, we can watch you use Trading Revolution, record your interview with Trading Revolution researchers, and take pictures, videos, and audio of you using the platform. We may also ask you to respond to survey questions as part of these research projects, including ones concerning your usage of Trading Revolution and your opinions on the platform's offerings and reputation. We will keep track of your answers when you respond to these questions.

Certain campaigns may be run by Trading Revolution using accounts it owns on third-party social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Trading Revolution will use the personal information it collects as part of these promotions in compliance with this privacy policy.
DETAILS OF EVENTS & SURVEYS
We could occasionally ask for your involvement in surveys about Trading Revolution events. We may ask you for demographic information, which you may choose to voluntarily supply, in order to better understand and serve creators and consumers. This information may include details about your gender identity, ethnicity, race, age, sexual orientation, earnings, and accessibility. We gather this data so that we can better understand the community of creators and member (customer)s who use Trading Revolution as a whole, plan and promote events for this audience, and highlight creators for increased discoverability, even at these kinds of events. We keep a record of your survey replies after you finish them, including any demographic data you may want to share.
Additionally, we might ask you for information at live and virtual events. Your name, email address, mobile number, information about the kinds of works you produce, and answers to surveys or feedback requests might all be included in this data.
AGE VERIFICATION AND CONSENT DETAILS
Trading Revolution requires all creators who share sexually explicit or nude content to confirm that they are at least eighteen years old in order to ensure that the platform is a safe place for everyone. In order to do this, these creators must agree to our service provider collecting and sharing their personal data in accordance with its privacy policy, as further detailed within our product. All creators who share sexually explicit or nude creations on Trading Revolution must also undertake to get permission from all individuals they depict in their work and to confirm that these individuals are at least eighteen years old.

The manner in which creators may handle the data that is shared with them is regulated by a Data Processing Agreement that Trading Revolution keeps up-to-date. We call this the Promise of a Creator for Privacy, and it outlines a creator's commitment to safeguarding their members (customers) privacy both during and after their Trading Revolution partnership.
A creator may make use of one or more third-party services in the course of providing and managing a creator page and/or membership on Trading Revolution. These outside parties can, for instance, exhibit artwork or assist in providing patrons with benefits like parcel delivery.

It also includes those who have bought a membership or other item on Patreon from that author. By using our community, either as a guest or subscriber, you consent to us sharing the personal information with the community you gave us.
Your community profile, which is accessible to other community members and may contain more information than your public profile, may display this personal information. Members of the community may see your public profile, which is explained below, if you disable your community profile in your settings.
You are visible to the relevant portions of those Trading Revolution communities when you make comments on posts, like posts or messages, respond to posts or messages, join chat rooms, send chat messages, show interest in events, participate in event experiences, and do other community actions. You should be aware that any communication you type in a chat room or other community place could be seen by other participants. This includes providing details about the earnings of creators on Trading Revolution, tax identification details, and details about transactional taxes like value-added tax, goods and services tax, other local sales or service taxes in non-Malta areas, and state sales tax in Malta.
Legal process and law enforcement in the event that we deem disclosure to be reasonably required in order to comply with a law, regulation, or other valid legal process.
