You can list courses, Live Streams and much more on the Trading Revolution Academy Website for free, even if you decide against charging for memberships. In addition to payment processing, currency conversion, payout fees, and any relevant taxes, we retain 5% of every transaction.

This sections outlines all the expenses that you, as a creator, can anticipate while utilizing the Trading Revolution Academy to offer memberships to your students or sell digital products.

ACADEMY WEBSITE FEES

The platform fee, which is a portion of successfully completed membership/commerce payments, pays for the usage of Trading Revollution Academy platform. Your platform fee is determined by us using the total payment amount (sales tax excluded). Five percent of successfully processed sales are the platform charge for digital commerce sales. The platform charge is also 5% for membership payments varies based on your platform plan.

1. Our Standard payment rate will be applied.

2. Sales Tax/VAT: Trading Revolution Academy is legally obligated to include sales Tax/VAT in certain subscription fees.

The amount that Trading Revolution Academy actually receives from the student ("Gross Amount") is how we determine the gross amount of a sale when a student purchases your Submitted Content. To determine the net amount of the sale ("Net Amount"), we deduct any Transaction Taxes, mobile platform fees applied to sales through mobile providers, a service and processing fee for sales through non-mobile providers, and any amounts paid to third parties related to the Promotional Programs.

3. Currency conversion costs (where applicable): For all membership payments made in a currency other than your payout currency, we charge a 2.0% currency translation fee on the entire amount processed (including sales tax.

All instructor payments from Trading Revolution Academy are made in USD or EUR, regardless of the currency used for the sale. Trading Revolution Academy disclaims all liability for any costs you may pay for processing, wire, or foreign exchange conversion. Both the sales price (in USD) and the amount of converted income (also in USD) are displayed in your revenue report.

The mode of payment used by a member has no bearing on your processing rates. The processing Rates for Credit Cards, Skrill, Stripe and PayPal are 3% + $0,30 (€0.30).

Regarding the service fees it charges its instructors, Trading Revolution academy can be subject to sales tax and VAT duties. The local tax rules that apply to a creator's jurisdiction typically determine this duty.

Disbursement costs is the money that was deducted from your account balance to cover your platform charge, payment processing costs, and currency conversion fees is already there. When you move money from your Trading Revolution account, Trading Revolution Academy takes a payout transaction fee out of the transaction.

PAYOUT CONDITIONS
After we receive the payment for a course or subscription, it will be made within 45 days after the end of that month. In the event of proven fraud, infringements on intellectual property, or other legal infractions, we reserve the right withhold payment. TOTAC COST CALCULATION
The total costs for a trainer amount to approximately 11.5% of a customer's active turnover. This includes: 5% platform fees or membership fees + 3% Processing Rates by currency for instructors and $0.30 (€0.30) per customer transaction. In this calculation there is also a 2.5% currency translation fee included.

EXAMPLE:

So if a customer buys a trading course for $100 (One Hundred), the instructor receives 89% of the sales. We at Trading Revolution Academy receive 11%. To make it easy for everyone, the instructor receives 89% and Trading Revolution Academy receives 11%.

Please calculate a gross amount as we have to pay 20% VAT. Your sales price should therefore not be $100 but $120, as we have to pay the sales tax. You will therefore receive 89% of the net amount ($100). This is $89 and we take $11.00 All fees are included in this calculation. The only exception are the withdrawal fees.

You understand and accept that, in accordance with the terms outlined in the Terms of Use, students are entitled to a refund. Transactions that are approved for a refund under the Terms of Use will not generate any income for the instructors.
