The conditions of the Instructor Terms and our Promotions Policy govern the cost of content on Trading Revolution. We occasionally hold content specials and promotions, offering certain of our material for a limited time at a reduced price. When you finish your purchase of the content (at checkout), the pricing that applies to it will be that amount. Because certain of our specials are exclusive to new users, the price given for any specific content may alter when you are logged into your account from the price available to users who aren't registered or logged in.

PAYMENTS

By purchasing content, you consent to pay the associated fees, and you give us permission to charge your credit card, debit card, or other payment method (like Skrill, SEPA, Stripe, or mobile wallet) in order to cover those costs. In order to give you the most practical payment options available in your nation and to protect your payment information, Trading Revolution collaborates with payment service providers. You promise not to use an unauthorized or invalid payment method when you make a transaction. You consent to pay us the appropriate fees within 30 days of receiving notice from us if your payment method is unsuccessful but you are still able to access the content you are enrolling in. If we are not paid enough for any content, we retain the right to remove access to it.

REFUNDS AND REFUND CREDITS

Within 14 days of purchasing the content, you can ask Trading Revolution to credit your account with a refund if the content does not meet your expectations. Purchases made through Subscription Plans are not eligible for this refund option. Our payment service providers' capabilities, the platform where you bought your material, and other circumstances may allow us to apply your refund as a refund credit or as a return to your original payment method.

If you ask for a refund after the 14-day guarantee period is gone, you won't be getting one. Beyond these 14 days, you are entitled to a refund if the content you previously purchased is disabled for legal or policy reasons. In addition, if account fraud is suspected or proven, Trading Revolution has the right to reimburse students for any unused funds after the initial 14-day period. Use the procedures found here to seek a refund. Instructors acknowledge that students have a right to these returns, as specified in the Instructor Terms.

Refund credits will be automatically used toward your subsequent content purchase on our website if we choose to credit your account for them. Refund credits have no cash value and may expire if not used within the allotted time, unless otherwise mandated by applicable legislation in each instance.

We reserve the right to refuse your refund, bar you from receiving any more refunds, ban your account, and/or restrict your use of the Services going forward if we feel you are abusing our refund policy. Examples of such abuse include consuming a sizable portion of the content you wish to refund or having already refunded it.

We grant you a license to watch and for no other purpose when you enroll in a course or other content. In no way attempt to transfer or resell content. When instructors post content on Trading Revolution, they authorize Trading Revolution to provide students with a license to access that content, as per our teacher terms. This implies that we are able to grant registered pupils a sublicense for the content. Enrolling in a course or other content as a student grant you permission to see it on the Trading Revolution platform and services; Trading Revolution is the licensor of record. This permission can be obtained for free or for a fee. Content is not sold to you; it is licensed. You are not permitted to resell the content in any way by means of this license.

To put it in legalese, more fully, Trading Revolution grants you (as a student) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for which you have paid all applicable fees through the Services, only for your own personal, non-commercial, educational purposes, in compliance with these Terms and any limitations or conditions pertaining to the specific feature or content of our Services. Any other usage is strictly forbidden. Reproduction, redistribution, transmission, assignment, sale, broadcasting, renting, sharing, lending, modification, adaptation, editing, creation of derivative works, sublicensing, and other transfer or use of any content is prohibited unless we specifically grant you permission in a written agreement signed by an authorized Trading Revolution representative.

Trading Revolution may only be used for legitimate purposes. Your posts on our platform are entirely your responsibility. It is expected of you to adhere to our Trust & Safety Guidelines, follow the law, and respect others' intellectual property rights while uploading reviews, questions, posts, courses, and other content. If you commit serious or persistent crimes, we may suspend your account. Please notify us if you believe someone is using our platform to violate your copyright.

In addition to interacting with students enrolled in your courses or other content, instructors can submit work for publishing on the site. You must follow the law and respect the rights of others in both situations. You are not allowed to publish any course material, questions, answers, reviews, or other materials that contravene local, state, or federal laws or regulations that are relevant to your area. Any courses, materials, and activities you post or undertake on the platform and Services are entirely your responsibility, as are the results. Before you submit any information for publication on Trading Revolution, make sure you are aware of all the copyright restrictions outlined in the Instructor Terms.

For illegal purposes, you are not permitted to access, use, or create an account on the Services. Your activity on our platform and how you use the Services must abide by any applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations in your nation. It is entirely your responsibility to be aware of and abide by any applicable laws and regulations.

As a student, you can publish content reviews and pose questions to the instructors of courses and other courses you are enrolled in through the Services. The instructor may ask you to turn in assignments or assessments for specific topics. Nothing that you share or contribute should not be yours.

At any time, for any reason, including breaching these terms, failing to pay fees when they are due, fraudulent chargeback requests, at the request of law enforcement or other government agencies, prolonged periods of inactivity, unforeseen technical issues or problems, if we suspect that you engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, or for any other reason in our sole discretion, we may restrict, terminate, or ban your account. In the event of such a termination, we reserve the right to remove your content and account, as well as to bar you from using our services and platforms in the future.

In the event that your account is cancelled or suspended, your material might still be accessible on the platforms. You acknowledge that if your account is terminated, your material is removed, or your access to our platforms and services is blocked, we won't be held responsible to you or any third party.

Please notify us if a user has published anything that violates your trademark or copyright. Our teachers must abide by the law and respect other people's intellectual property rights, according to our instructor terms. As a learner or teacher, the material you publish-including courses-remains your own. You retain full ownership rights to the courses and other content you publish, but you grant Trading Revolution permission to use it and share it. Make sure you comprehend the rules of material licensing as outlined in the instructor rules if you work as an instructor.

You give Trading Revolution permission to use and share your content, as well as to distribute and promote it across all platforms and media, and to edit and modify it as we see fit, when you post content, questions, comments, reviews, and ideas for new features or improvements.

Because of our platform approach, we are unable to assess the legality of content and are not able to evaluate or amend it for any legal concerns. You might be exposed to content through the Services that offends, indecent, or bothers you. To the extent permitted by relevant law, Trading Revolution disclaims any duty for your access to or enrollment in any course or other content, as well as any obligation to keep such content hidden from you. PLANS FOR SUBSCRIPTION

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services to access and view the content that is part of a Subscription Plan while you are a subscriber. Access to interactive workspaces and other environments (called "Interactive Sessions") may also be included in your subscription plan. Third parties may offer interactive sessions, but they will do so in accordance with their own terms and conditions.

Your access to a Subscription Plan's features, scope, and cost are determined by the subscription you buy or renew. Your subscription cannot be shared, assigned, or transferred to another person.

MANAGING ACCOUNTS
By following the instructions on our Support Page, you can terminate your subscription. Your access to a subscription plan will automatically expire on the last day of your monthly cycle if you decide to cancel your membership to it. Unless otherwise mandated by applicable legislation, you will not be eligible to receive a refund or credit of any money previously paid for your subscription upon termination. To be clear, your Trading Revolution account does not expire when you cancel a subscription.

BILLING AND PAYMENTS
The cost of the subscription will be indicated when you make your order. To find out more about where to locate the costs and dates that apply to your subscription, visit our Support Page. As mentioned in the section above titled "Payments, Credits, and Refunds," we might also need to include taxes in your membership charge. Unless mandated by applicable legislation, payments are non-refundable, and there are no credits or refunds for periods that are partially utilized. In order to join a Subscription Plan, you need to supply a payment method. By selecting a Subscription Plan and entering your billing details at the time of checkout, you give us and our payment processors permission to use the payment method we have on file for you to complete payment for the then-applicable fees. We will automatically renew your subscription for the same length of time at the conclusion of each subscription term and process your payment method for the then-applicable amounts.

You give us permission to charge the then-current fees to your updated payment method in the event that we update it based on data from our payment service providers (as mentioned in the section above on "Payments, Credits, and Refunds").

We may suspend or cancel your subscription if we are unable to complete payment using the payment method we have on file for you, or if you dispute charges made to your payment method and the chargeback is accepted.

At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to modify the cost of our services or our subscription plans. All modifications to your membership or price will be effective after giving you notice, unless otherwise mandated by applicable law.

BINDING AGREEMENT

You agree that by registering, accessing, or using our Services, you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with Trading Revolution. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register, access, or otherwise use any of our Services.

If you are an instructor accepting these Terms and using our Services on behalf of a company, organization, government, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so. Any version of these Terms in a language other than English is provided for convenience and you understand and agree that the English language will control if there is any conflict.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by applicable law, then that provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms will continue in effect.

Even if we are delayed in exercising our rights or fail to exercise a right in one case, it doesn't mean we waive our rights under these Terms, and we may decide to enforce them in the future. If we decide to waive any of our rights in a particular instance, it doesn't mean we waive our rights generally or in the future.
